Privacy
This notice covers the invite-only YouTube Creative Briefs beta. It explains the data used to provide and secure the service.
What we collect
- Your account identifier and sign-in details from Clerk.
- Your work email, brand domain, product details, and optional Google Ads customer ID.
- Public ad-source links, generated briefs, review decisions, and service events.
- Security and reliability data such as request timing, IP-based rate-limit keys, and errors.
How we use it
We use this data to run the onboarding workflow, generate and recover briefs, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve service reliability. We do not ask for a Google Ads password, OAuth grant, developer token, or API key.
Storage and service providers
Upscale uses Clerk for authentication and Google Cloud for application processing, private storage, and rate limits. Internal Upscale services process the public source videos and build the briefs.
Retention and deletion
Saved onboarding runs and generated brief recovery expire after 120 days. You can delete a saved run from its completion page. Security records may be kept separately when needed to investigate abuse or protect the service.
